Project enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, your name, email, selected service, message, the page you enquired from and any symptoms shown in the form are stored in a private database in Ahmad’s Cloudflare account. These details are used to review your enquiry, respond and discuss your project. They are not displayed publicly. The private inbox also holds follow-up dates and internal notes about the enquiry. Enquiry details may be sent to Ahmad’s designated email inbox for notifications, using Cloudflare and the receiving email provider.

Hosting and browsing

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website. No advertising trackers or optional analytics scripts are installed on this site. To limit spam, the contact form stores a daily hash derived from the request IP address. These rate-limit records expire after 24 hours and are cleared on subsequent submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry database.

External websites

Portfolio and partner links open external websites. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. Website previews on this site are locally hosted images.

Confidentiality and questions

Please avoid sending sensitive project information in an initial enquiry. Enquiries are kept while needed for the conversation and any related work. You can request deletion of an enquiry. For a privacy question or a request concerning information you have shared, contact Ahmad.
